Nura Stays started in Jávea (Xàbia) to look after houses as if they were ours. We live here, we manage our own villas, and we work with Marina Alta owners who want returns without losing control of their home.
Nura Stays is a boutique holiday-rental management company based in Jávea (Xàbia), Alicante, founded by Marcos Bolufer, a Marina Alta local. We manage our own villas, advise owners and guide purchases and sales in Jávea, Dénia, Moraira, Benitachell, Benissa and Calpe.
Three things, with the same local team: we rent out our own villas to guests, we manage holiday rentals for owners across the Marina Alta, and we guide villa purchases and sales in Jávea. The Jávea guide we publish is the same information we share with guests and buyers.
Because we know the areas from the inside: Arenal, Portitxol, Montgó, Balcón al Mar, the old town and Granadella. We know which house works in August, which outdoor spaces cope with the easterly wind, and what it really costs to keep a villa by the sea.
We start with a free analysis of the property, propose the tier that fits (Connect 15%, Elevate 20% or Signature 25%) and work without any lock-in. Each month you receive a statement for your house, and you can block whatever dates you want for your own use.
