- Your name, phone number and the town where the property is. On the call we cover bedrooms, capacity, pool, current calendar and whether it is already listed on any platform.
- Do you need to visit the house?
- Not for the analysis. We work from local market data and from what you tell us on the call. A visit only makes sense if we then decide to work together.
